Late fees apply to registrations mailed after May 15, 2001! (see registration form and note below for details)
The deadline for mail registrations has passed - please bring your completed registration form to the conference with you. Please note that all conference events, meals, rooms, etc. are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and some things may not be available to walk-in registrants.
As you may be aware, EAS 2001 is being hosted during "peak season" in an area with many summer tourists. If you are planning to stay in an area hotel during the conference, you are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible. We are already getting reports of hotels being fully booked during the week of our conference. Information about nearby hotels, rooms that are blocked for EAS attendees, EAS discounts, etc. has been posted to the hotels page. Registration Form
Note: Because this page is now in the archive, the registration forms themselves
are no longer available here. Please contact the current conference registrar if
you wish to register for an upcoming EAS conference.
The registration form is now
available for downloading. The form is in Adobe PDF format, so
you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print it. If you
do not have the Reader, it is available for free from the Adobe
web site. We are not set up for accepting your registration
on line, so the only way you may register is to "snail mail"
your completed registration form and payment to the EAS 2001 Registrars
at the address on the registration form. Please feel free to
download the PDF version of the
registration form, print it, fill it out, and mail it in.
Please note: Registration forms must be postmarked by May 15, 2001 to avoid the assessment of a late registration fee of 5% of your total payment due (minimum $25.00). Availability of meals, on-campus lodging, tours, etc. may be limited for those who register late. Mail-in registrations postmarked after July 15, 2001 will not be accepted.
