Welcome to the perspective vendors and sponsors to the 2019 EAS Conference for South Carolina

In order to get something out there for those who have questions, we are putting this preliminary page in place and will be augmenting it as the program comes together. If you have been with us in the past you know that we will be posting a registration form to start the process

Here are some of the highlights of the 2019 opportunity:

•  15,000 square foot of vendor space
• Activities including refreshements, author signings, honey exchange to promote traffic in the space
• Short course and conference opportunities
• Advertising in the EAS Program Guide and EAS Journal

The space will be ready for move in on Monday July, 15th at roughly 7am for you to setup ahead of the crowds.

All scheduled breaks will be held in the vendor areas to promote visitation where possible
