CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
As usual you must be an EAS member in order to attend the conference. So if you are not an up to date member it will be a two step process.;
If you are not a member you can signup right now by going to the Membership page and joining now and then register for the conference when your membership is complete. If you are already a member you can check your membership by going to the membership page and confirm your membership.
Two ways to register...
ONLINE REGISTRATION Click to start online registration. This is your fastest and cheapest way to register and using your credit card is faster and more convenient.
2017 Mail-in Form- click here to download the paper application. If you are registering by mail, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR FORM BEFORE JULY 20, 2017. After that date, you may still register on-line or during the conference, however a $25 administration fee will be charged and dormitory rooms, meals, and special events may not be available after that date.
Preregistration will avoid the delays at check-in. Make your own hotel arrangements, separately, however dormitory rooms can be handled on your EAS registration. Be sure to read up about Dormitory accommodation and bring your own linens.
There are lots of extra activities you can sign up for, so be sure to visit the Special Activities page, so you can decide what additional options you would like to select.
