Breaking news: we now have the more comfortable "Appalachian Heights" dorms reserved, rather than the dorms indicated on the map above. Appalachian Heights is located on the far side of the long term parking area (ie off the left edge of the map above), and is about a 15 minute walk from the main conference area.
Long-term parking to Main conference: 10 min. walk
Drop-off to dormitories are available
More Breaking News: The following information has been sent to EAS
by Holiday Inn Express:
Located less than 3 miles from the ASU
campus, the Holiday Inn Express is an award winning hotel that
provides you with incredible amenities and is the best place to stay
in town!
Because we have beekeepers on our staff and amongst friends, we are
offering you a special rate of $76/night if you book your room before
July 16th for this year's EAS Conference August 2-6. Please feel free
to pass this exclusive offer along to your fellow colleagues,
extension agents, and your state and local beekeeping clubs. However,
with only 129 rooms, and this un'BEE'lievable deal, we cannot
guarantee availability unless you book right away.
The rate for this conference includes our signature complimentary
Deluxe Hot Breakfast Bar, free High Speed Wireless Internet, full
usage of our outdoor heated pool, upgraded bedding in our 2 queens
room, and 24 hour access to our custom designed business center to
catch up on the daily news. We also have meeting space, larger suites
available, a spacious lobby and you'll be pleasantly surprised at our
modern mountain décor!
