Registration

This year we will be utilizing several methods to get the registration materials to you! We will use the traditional mailing of information in the Spring and Summer issues of the EAS Journal, an on line version you can download, print and return and an on line form that can be filled out and sent via the web to instantly register yourself using your credit card!

Registration options:

• On Line Registration is no longer available. Your only choice at this time is to print out a Downloadable Registration Form and bring it with you to the conference. Note that dorm rooms, meals, and special event availability can no longer be guaranteed.
  
  NEWSFLASH!!! For EAS 2008 there are still a limited number of dorms and meals available. If you'd like to still register please print out the registration form and contact by email, phone or fax Kathy Summers, Vice Chairman and we can get you registered ahead of time. It will be first come, first serve until such time as we have no more rooms available, or until the Friday before the conference, August 1. Please contact Kathy by August 1 with your credit card # (no credit card, call Kathy) and we'll get you signed up. • Downloadable Registration Form to download, print and bring with you to the conference.
  The downloadable registration form is a PDF document - you will need the Acrobat Reader to display, and print this form. Most browsers already have this set up for you.
• The old-fashioned way: See the Spring or Summer EAS Journals for registration forms to complete and mail in.

NOTE: Do NOT mail in your registration form because we may not receive it in time before we leave for the meeting. Just bring the form with you. However, realize that dorm rooms, events and meals are not guaranteed after July 18th.
